Friday, September 24, 2010 @ 11:50 PM So yesterday I went for an interview for the (what else?!) admin position at my neighbour’s office across the aisle, yup, in the same building and on the same floor. Since im currently hunting for a new place to hideout and their receptionist told me they need one, so why not try? And so I did. I went for the interview right after my office hours, 545pm. Where got people go for interview that late one? Goooooooot! Me! Hahahahaaa! So the usuals, the big bosses reviewed my resume and LUCKY I did not have to talk about myself, you know the usual questions like “tell me about yourself…” or “what do you like to do during your free time?” the bosses, however, talked and explained what their company is doing bla bla bla, oh they are a wine investment company by the way and(!!!!!!!!!) they said my resume is impressive and I have all the points they are looking for. Sappppp~! Kembang kejap. Kejap je takleh lebih2 cos skali dorg tanak macam mane? Da kecot balik. HAHAHAH! Ok the part where they said my resume was impressive was one of the few positive words, which came out from their mouth. The others were my pay will be upped a little bit more, like what I’ve stated in my resume (that one, no objections from them. Wahh bagus2!) and working hours will be shorter BUT mite have to stay late due to rising paperwork and attending event (O.O!!! I dun drink alcoholic drinks how to attend events rite?) right, that’s all. Now comes the weird part. The company gives no benefits, as in ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. Nothing at all! No cpf (you have to pay yourself manually and dun hope so much on getting employer’s cpf cos they don’t give!!!), no annual and medical leaves, for example if you want to take a day off or fall sick or dying at home, it will be considered as unpaid leave. MAMPOS! Crazy or what. And the bosses asked me too about my attendance with Mr T.an, I told him good but I need my annual leaves and im prone to sickness. HAHAHA!!! Betulnye bilang siak. So in short, no benefits la, like I said earlier on. Needless to say, I passed the offer, doesn’t matter la my pay up a bit more or not, no benefits cannot la. Now im back to square one. Lets keep hunting, lets keep hunting~ MY RAYA KUKIES
Tuesday, September 21, 2010 @ 9:14 PM hahahahaaa! dun mind me spelling Cookies as Kukies cos i "cukai" from Yan's fren who spelled cookie as kukie, lucky not puk...err ok lets not go dere. okay! so dis year, i dunno why i so rajin or how/why the idea of baking kukies came to my head or maybe my maternal instincts (ahem!) kicked in already, i decided to bake 2 simple ones.  marshmellowy Chocolate Chip Meringues  and Honey Golden Cornflakes Cookies (which is too crispy for those who dun have strong teeth. heh!) all thanks to Hetty to gave me the recipe for both if not i dunno how and where to start <3 EH HI!
Monday, September 20, 2010 @ 9:06 PM Been neglecting this rant space of mine for soo long already since ermm, august 4th? Hahaha! Kental per. Konon nak keep journal then never update on a regular basis. Oh how not to u tell me? Since I got myself the iphone, I have been very lazy. Very lazy to even switch on the comp at home (at work dun say la. Each time want update the secretary aka si musibot (courtesy of Ardian HAHAHAHAHAHAA!) tu mesti walk by pastu hilang inspirasi to blog. Poof! Just like dat ok) Bontot da berat broo~ I do everythin using my phone, except blogging that is. I tweet, I update my status, I upload pictures all using my baby. Been too dependent on him whenever I want to get my online fix. Bleargh, not good not good. And when I looked back into my journal (just!) I realised that I did not even story2 about my birthday last July! I only have the one with Ardian but not with my family -_-! Baik punya olang! Ramadan came and went but there is not a single habuk entry about preparations, baking (YES I BAKED THIS YEAR! 2 KINDS OF COOKIES. Ok relac, tu pun excited) and whatnots. And Hari Raya is into its 3rd week already and still no ucapan selamat hari raya. Hahaha! Everything I do I do it for u… err I mean everything I do, I do it using my phone, updating laaa. U see my twitter and facebook, flooded with updates but my journal hmmm~ drier than the sahara desert. Anyhows, shall try to upload the millions of pictures (cheh manenye superstar je) I took using my digicam n iphone into PB and get my blogging gears up and running like it useta. Lets just hope they are not rusty ey. it’s all about the money, it’s all about the dum dum da da da dum~
Wednesday, August 4, 2010 @ 1:58 PM I noticed a trend in my bank account balance ah. Every month sure got short of 200 bucks meaning I TERspent/TERexceed (cheh ter eh? Hahaha!) 200 bucks more la. Looking back I dunno what I spent on sia. Knowing myself, I dun shop that much like normal girls, I dun buy clothes like normal girls. Haiya I just dun shop every single week like normal girls la. But how come my balance like depleting niiii!? Like no ups, asik downs je. Ok la, not that im broke or wat, just that I dun see an increase in the balance even tho paycheque every month go in. like stagnant siaaaaaaaaaaa~ (tgh whining silently ni) I think I know the root of the problem (cheh3! HAHAHA! Stoppit sia) already. I eat out a lot and I impulse shop on novels as well. I have to stop dining out and make do with coffee shops and banquet outlets (capital B L E A R G H can? Im no high-maintenance girl I just prefer to eat at clean places) for now or just dun eat, no more Fish n Co (da 3 months in a row makan Fish n Co seh. Mampos tak sayang wallet and waistline and double chin. Hurhurr~ -___-!!!), no more Starbucks Hot Chocolate, no more buying novels on impulse since I still have a lot of unread ones collecting dusts on my table and shelf, no more buying heels(!!! Tidakkk!) alaaaa no more buying unnecessary stuff la senang cakap. Its only the 4th of august and my money almost half gone (wat the hell did I spend on sia besides food?!) and I haven pay my bills yet, I have a gut feeling confirm overshot again sia this month. With ramadhan and hari raya around the corner… hah need I say more? lucky for me, my raya clothes all settled already just need to pay a few outstanding amounts and dats it. Kiasu perr. Heh~ but still! I have to do my hair summore (aaah forever la that one. Never ending story. Why wasn’t I born with nice silky straight hair? Ok la im thankful that I even have hair on my head but hard work la maintaining this mop of mine) Money makes the world go round money makes people happy. Right now, im one of those grumpy and cranky ones. Haiya moneyyy where did you go seh? -____- I wanna be a billionaire, so freakin’ bad~ haaa like who doesn’t. despicable me and you!

I WANT MY OWN MINION PLEASE!!! hear dat DD? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!  his favourite character. hahaha! so cute ah. just because he was once a DJ and got soooo excited when he saw this Minion DJ and dat nite jugak google just so he can put as his profile pic but thanks to me i found it for him. altogether now, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawww! HAHAHAHAA! aaand! we were lucky that day. me for having lucky fingers and him for asking me to tear open our KFC meal card game and guess wat...  we got free entry tix (either 2D or 3D) to watch The Last Airbender!! chehh~ we were among the dunno how many tix with the same prize so we werent THAT lucky but alhamdulillah we get to watch the movie for free! and of cos we will watch it in 3D. free wat :P once again, he got soooooooooooo excited upon reading what was beneath the tab that he took a picture of it *points up* to flaunt on his fb wall -____- soooo cute! so i'm his Lady Luck la. *ehem ehem*  Thanks Ardian for spending my 24th with me. You're the Sucré-est! ♥ (sorry i dont have any picture editing program in my phone (cos i dont fully utilize it -__-)) and i just noticed while proof-reading this post, i used the word "CUTE" thrice. hahahah~! Wednesday, July 21, 2010 @ 10:56 PM so much for hardcore blogging according to my previous2 post eh eh eh? haiya what to do. either facebook or twitter or phone or teevee distracted me, or other ppls' blogs. heh. anyways, on to zaini's 21st on the 28th of June. makk kauuu~ peh lama. HAHAHA! that was like 3 weeks ago seh and my 24th just went by (more on that laterrr). so June 28 unfortunately fell on a monday, a working day, blue day summore BUT he did not spare us (he's neither schling or working cos he's currently waiting for his uni intake) and die die want celebrate on that day itself. we had no choice but to oblige cos it was his day ma. his so-called big 21st (i dun see what the big deal is la. you just turn a year old, more wrinkly and saggy wat. nothing spesel oni)   nutella crunch cake! NAKKKKKK! :9:9:9:9 then off we head to ECP for his bday dinner. but first fetched mama from work, she finished at 8. rushy rite?  my muke je smiley but in heart and brain fikiran cos DD tido mati dat day. refused to answer my calls or texts. hahah! kalau bomb meletop i doubt he wakes up sia.  group picha! we asked bday boy to take. hahaha!!! kurang ajar. his bday but he still our cameraman.   invited uncle and family along as well. can meet baby torres! more like apek already. so must change name to Baby Park. HAHAH! Park Ji Sung. geddit geddit? aaah nvm~     the array of luscious food. and not to forget the star of the nite...  bbq-ed chicken wings! and with full tummy, we head home for some cake cutting and cake (summore) eating! heh!     aaaaand baby torres has a weird liking for ... my abg's smelly pillow. -____-! serious shit.   look at him smile while beating2 happily on the pillow. urrghhh~! disturbing ok. @ 10:51 PM finally decided to drive up north to JB to make our baju kurung on June 6, on a weekend. mama woke me up like 6am that day. da macam nak go work seh -__-! dats like before dawn for me lo to wake up that early ON.A.WEEKEND. as if 6am wasnt bad enuf. hurhurr~ ya after a month of collecting dust and cobwebs, i mean our kains, we decided to just get it over and done it. i oso not favourite go JB nowadays ever since so many stuff happened across the causeway. like takot like dat la.   meeting time was 8am but at last (JANJI MELAYU MA!) they arrived an hour later. and they blamed the innocent baby. cos of the "rush" my make up and hair not flawless. start of a bad day.  but bile part take picture bad day bad day pun tetap must smile. see my eyes, like so swollen. allergic to the weekend morning sun la.   brunch was at some chicken restaurant at JB since i was cautious when having my meals there. i dun eat at warong2 or "un-clean" stalls dere. unhygienic la. and as usual, confirm want spot melayu pekat like ROTI BAWANG PUTIH which is garlic bread. nyeahahah! direct translation seh.     our foooood! yup, they were all chicken dishes.  taking my measurements. every year measurements sure increase. hurhurr~ after confirming our designs (simple ones la no fancy2 this year) we head up north or down south eh to Angsana to do some shopping but when we reach there, we just walked around aimlessly. actually we wanted to shop but the retail assistants there were breathing down our necks so like rimas u noe and we did not shop at all. yaya papaya withdraw money but at last never shop. initially wanted to buy some shirts but i dunno his size. :) at last i just spent my money on some of Angsana's Yong Tau Foo. shiok la i tell u. tho simple yet satisfying until the very last drop. and this warong-like stall i dun mind cos the YTF lazat. yum yum! :9:9  the hearty bowl of YTF. good to the last drop.   acim was seated with uncle so no picture of him.  my watch of 3 years broke when i was fidgeting with it so *HINT HINT* 19th JULY eclipse-d!

Hurhurr~  Anyways, caught The Karate Kid like 3 weeks ago(??) if im not wrong. Mampos, lama or wat. Quite wordy and monotonous I must say but overall enjoyed what else, the fighting scenes lo. Especially part tournament when Dre did a frontward Flash Kick. Fuuh awesome seh! (I was off my seat and the loudest in the cinema seh I think) Must be influenced by Guile from the Street Fighters. Hee! Im turning violent la I think. Asik fight2 je. WWE la, IP Man la, Street Fighter la, Karate Kid la, UFC la -____- unlucky fella if some guy choose to be my bf. malas nak argue but want settle something confirm hands-on nye. HAHAHA! no la im still a girl at the end of the day wat rite. Before the movie, DD and I, ok I planned on meeting at 3pm so we can at least spend half the day together since we usually meet up after office hours for 2-3 hrs oni. But he chose sleep over me so we ended up meeting at 5plus. Almost _ day gone but oh well, wat to do. Sleep 1 Shahirah 0. Sadness. -_- ok la at least get to meet for a FEW hours since I still have curfews to follow watttt. BREAK-UP

To my number one nemesis back in kindergarten (she hated me so much cos I was very talkative and noisy and always conquering the pink crayons) turned good friend turned bestfriend turned BFF & GFF in secondary school till now, Congrats on your engagement with your Noor Rashidee bin Adnan aka DeeDee!!! The very same DeeDee whom u tried to matchmake me with -_-! Fail la lu. Nak matchmake org at last u yg fall for him. Tsk~ The very same DeeDee who wore a “METALLICA” tee and danced to JT’s My Love at my void deck while holding onto my hp the first time u brought him to meet me and made us laugh like hyenas and I remembered it was just after evening prayers. Second fail sia!  The very same DeeDee who acted so macho in front of you during our Seoul Garden date back in 2007 (if I’m not wrong ah. oh nvm I just checked my PB. heh) and kept on eating and eating (“ah ni da masak da masak~” HAHAHA!) at last vomited everything out at a Vivocity toilet. Third fail! The very same DeeDee who bought you chocolates and pink panadols and placed them outside your doorstep one fine day when you had your monthly moodswings (u’re lucky that he can tahan your kepala angin) ok this one not fail. all altogether now, AAAWWWWWW~~~! :) The very same DeeDee who used wax on his then curly hair instead of gel. Tuesday, May 25, 2010 @ 4:35 PM Our plan to meet-once-every-fortnight become once every few months meet up. Hahaha! lame seh. Not anybody’s fault la since none initiate so everyone just keep quiet la. at last aku jugak sound. Must wait for me one meh? -_- I sound meet up, I tukang order, I tukang bawak camera, I tukang panggil mat bibir tebal, I tukang mintak bill. Ahhh lagi lagi? Confirm got more rite cos its all meeeee. And so da sound meet up is one thing then they ask me where to hang. -__-!!! Help~ me again. So I suggested S11 and somehow venue changed to ASSALAM at Ijat’s side. Hmm~ nasib I nvr suggest Istanbul at mine, more convenient for me hor :P Jaz wanted Mr Prata but tempat lame so scrap sudah. Anywhere else is either too far (Parkway Parade, Town, west), too hot (Bedok), too windy (Pasir Ris), too lame (Simei) or too green (Tanah Merah). So ASSALAM at Tampines is it then.   Jaz never failed to bring out the kemelayuan in him by being late and we ate (i finished up their leftovers as well. fatty~ heh. resident green bin ma) and gossiped and laughed first without waiting for him. How to wait when he answered our calls with a baru-bangun voice? tak kuasa la. We finished out dinner quite early like 8pm like dat and since we were at HDB housing area, where else to lepak but at the void-decks? Hahaha! prangai budak2 terbiar seh, minus helmets please. Ok fine, got one helmet oni, mine. Hurhurr~  So talked cock, chit-chatted until 10 and we left. Next day work ma, it was on a Thursday. If fri I dun mind langgaring my curfew. Cheh cheh cheh.
